Outputting PWM on a raspberry pi - I need to drive a p channel mosfet to drive an led. Needs to ba able to have fast switching speed. Currently looking at but need to drive it from pi out put ( approx 3.3v) - I've tried gate driver TC4429 so far

We need to create a FSO transmission link . Need to create receiver and transmitter using MOSFET in circuits, circuits can be done in ltspice using laser on transmitter side and photodiode on receiver side.
