I would like to use an arduino to control an electric motor via, usb or bluetooth. I have an incremental encoder 1000 pulses per revolution. 200mm circumference wheel. I would like to be able to enter a target length. Once the encoder has reached the target. i would like the motor to stop. The motor is a single phase 240v so I'm guessing some sort of relay board will be required. The target length could be up to 100m. Long term i would like to control this via a tablet or phone.
