I have a very aggressive scraping assignment in Google+. You;re going to have to use a headless browser or other rendering engine because you have to actually interact with elements of the page in order for this to work. Would prefer a CasperJS/PhantomJS solution. And I would like you to be able to leverage as much as possible the raw data that is injected into the page versus trying a traditional scrape. Like I said - its extremely aggressive and I need someone who is going to take the time and really make sure of the accuracy of his or her work. Many of the websites in our list have ads being served by DoubleClick which are injected after the DOM i think because so far in PhantomJS and CasperJS we can't get the ads served - even with flash support. This could be a huge project for you if you can do it. We can take care of the front end and graphics, we just require a backend developer to get the scraping going so we can record the ads and associate them with the website they were served by.
