The goal is to detect price patterns and execute trades to potentially increase profits. The strategy will not be tested against historical data. write afl so the setup is the MACD higher than last week. The trigger is the price exceeding the high of the setup bar. There is no entry stop. The exit condition is when the MACD turns down, a sell stop is placed at the low of the week. If this is not triggered next week, it is raised to the low of the most recent week. This continues until the position is exited.
