This is the logo this company has had for awhile now (displayed). It's worked up until now, but it needs to be "jazzed" up a bit, possibly with a bit more color and pizazz. The logo will be sewn onto company shirts, so it shouldn't have too many colors (max. 6-7) or be too complex. You can work with what's there and reshape/redo it, or possibly try a related direction with the logo.
