This is a generic error. Need more information to diagnose. RPC server not available is fairly generic, so it can be a simple DNS issue or something much larger.

Ive troubleshooted the RPC error a couple of times before on multiple AD servers with and without replication. I should be able to fix the issue in a couple of hours. I will also write a report on what was wrong and how i fixed it, and a couple of recommendations for the future.
