Android Push Notification AAR Library

Goal: We are looking for mainland China freelancers to develop an Android app library in AAR format to receive push notification messages. Message can be received either in main China or in Hong Kong. The message will be displayed on the app if the app is started. Include application sample code to test the library. Include back-end PHP code to test sending push notification messages. Flow: Backend User - User can send messages by selecting "All", "Tag", "ID", "Alias" and/or "Group" with one or more values. - Input message information contains "Title", "Description" and "Image". - Click a button to send. - Store send logs and results to a text file. Android Part - Receive Push Notification messages - Android app developed in Android Studio 4.0.1 or above. - Support Android API 21 to 30 (i.e. Android 5 to Android 10+). - Use androidx components if needed (e.g. use [login to view URL]:appcompat instead of [login to view URL]:appcompat). - Support major China mobiles (e.g. Huawei, OPPO, Vivo, Xiaomi, Meizu). - Support with Google PlayStore. - Can receive push notification messages even the app is not running. - Can receive push notification messages even the device is just restarted. - Can receive push notification messages in mainland China, Hong Kong and major countries (e.g. USA, Australia, Japan, Korea). - Display push notification messages in app when the app is running. - Click the message to open the app with deep-link function. - Allow config and control. - Message includes app mono-color icon. Backend Part - Developed in PHP V5.6 to send push notification message - Send push notification messages to the devices of All, Tag, ID or Group - Message includes Title, Description and Image. - Provide steps for registering for external service (screen captures are needed). - The overall (App+Backend) was require finish within 2 months. - Please bidding your actually time and cost need for this project.
