HI, I did similar tasks before. Some questions.. 1) Adruino mega2560 + relays is OK. 2) You want to communicate with Arduino by ethernet cable connection. Fine. 3) You want to communicate from - PC Windows/ Linux - via network - FINE - from the Android phone - via WiFi network - FINE - when you outside home - FINE 4) You do not need c# coding and Android apk coding... We can run web server on mega2560... And open it on any device via web browser. Do you really need c# coding or Android? If yes then OK. Can you share more details why?
