25 second Action Animated Cartoon

We need to have the project completed within 2 weeks: We do not need sound or voice over 25 second Animation Clip based on the Following Information. We have the character drawings completed and we have a rough sketch animation completed. See our Picture in the files section. Character 1 Landing and dust emerging around. 2. Close up to Character 1 eyes staring fiercely. 3. Zoom out to Character 1 face screaming with a sound wave . 4. Character 1 pouncing out of the frame. 5. Character 2 watching grabs sword and shield. 6. Character 1 lands with a blow on Character 2 shield 7. Note: We see a lot of bidders are using other people’s work and representing this as their own please be truthful. We need you to show proof that the work is actually yours. You will need to have the following skills to do this job: Have used one of the Following: Blender, Maya, Toonboom, or similar. 1. Be proficient in Adobe Animation and Adobe Flash: 2. Know how to composite in Aftereffects. 3. Know how to create a character in Photoshop or Toonboom and Adobe Flash. 4. Can deliver fluid motion action scenes. 5. We need you to explain to us what the file titled ‘What is Happening’ is showing in order to chat with us. We won’t respond if you do not do this.
