I would like to know if all the details will be printed in plastic? But what loads will they bear? From this I can conclude about the size of the locking mechanism. And whether it will satisfy you. There may be several types of mechanisms depending on which load the lock will attempt to open. The simplest and most sensible low load is the bracket that will lock the profiled wire tip from servomotor movement. The type, size of the actuator you choose, based on the capabilities of your entire mechanism.

Guten Tag! Initial Ideas: I'm assuming its a PLA/ABS FDM print you're talking about. 1)Since the design is needed to be 3d printed, it needs to be "easily 3d printable" at first. Not all designs are easily 3d printable. Normal FDM machines aren't capable of producing certain designs for instance. 2)Every component's shape and structure should be designed keeping 3d printing in mind. Due to the nature of the process, it doesn't have the same strength in all directions. 3) Actuator could be used from a simple and cost effective sg90 servo or some high end actuator with arduino depending on what your goals are. 4) Either it could be a spring loaded pin or a notched wheel turning to lock in when one side of the lock is inserted.
