Hi, I'm expert civil engineer having more than 3 years of experience in estimation (USA, America, Canada) and having very good knowledge of Construction Estimation for All trades (CSI Divisions) we deal New Construction, renovation, residential, Commercial any type of construction. we use Planswift and Bluebeam software for taking quantities. I do estimate with item specifications and detail of items with detail measurement sheet that can be easily change or rectify the quantity for future. Also help with different software like revit.
