Would prefer UK architect or draughtsperson since they may have knowledge of UK planning. I believe some localised knowledge is best I am looking to hire an freelance architect or draughtsman to supply a set of preliminary planning application drawings. Project is for a single story rear extension to a residential house in a UK conservation area. Along with the extension, I wish to remodel the outside of the main house using wood cladding wall to create a New England house styling. See images attached. Freelancer should have some experience of UK planning regulations. I am not looking for design ideas, but just drawing up what I have already have in mind. Images attached are renderings for visualisation purposes only. Location South East England (Hertfordshire).
