I need help putting together a simple business plan for strategic planning of my business

This is a simple gig but I need an experienced business plan writer who is fluent in English. my budget is around NZ$80-120 business details follow: My Business is Mike's Workshop (Robot Thinking is my solo work, The Band is my local - currently amateur, studio. I am targeting the hermits, the hipsters, the lone wolves, the rebels, the degenerates and wannabes, the anarchists, intellectual, introverted, indie, arthouse, experimenters. The crowd that love epic worlds carefully constructed for speculative fiction, the ability to both immerse oneself and to create with true agency, independent game development, outsider art, absurdist movies and books, weird cartoons, and minimalist, post-modern, process-focused digital products, games and stories. My content is intelligent, but fun. i.e. cerebral, unique and silly - versus: derivative, obtusely academic or pompous. There is substance in my work and depth, but yes it is clever, oversmart and inward digging and also post-modern, minimalist, artful while still exploring the magical or the scientific and grounded in deep thought, self-referential in style and intensely constructed. Complex, yet effective. Quirky, with often a ridiculously morbid sense of humour.
