Hello, I can help you with this project. I’m a semi-retired, long-time US attorney with substantial experience in business and corporate law. I counsel startups and small businesses, help them set up corporations or LLCs across the country and draft a variety of contracts.
You should first decide what kind of company you want. If it is just you or you and a few others, an LLC is probably your best bet. If you want to attact outside investors, you should consider a corporation, especially a Delaware corporation.
Please visit my website types-of-business-ownership dot com for help in making that decision. You can download a free copy of my book, "Should Your Small Business Become a Corporation or an LLC? A Look at Liabilities, State & Federal Taxation & More!" by clicking on the link below the image. The book will answer many of your questions.
I typically set up entities for a flat fee of $200 plus state filing fees.
Thx. JV
