Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD Analysis and simulation to ensure proper air movement through out the lab to achieve uniform temperature in the lab. CFD analysis to include complete preparation and simulation study of 3D modellling, with all related parameters. The scope shall cover complete lab area and the contractor shall submit a complete CFD report with data sheets, graphs for review and approval of Client and Consultant. The Agency scope is to work on the coordination drawings and produce the results, any comments to be incorporated and revisions made to get the final CFD approved by Client / Consultant. Minimum 3 runs shall be included. CD containing visual output shall be submitted. The following plots needs to be submitted for approval for 3 different heights for both cold air & Hot air. 1) Temperature Plot 2) Speed Plot 3) CO2 Plot 4) Airflow @ 1 meter height from supply grill at each rack (should be > 350 CFM)

Hello, I propose to simulate your project with COMSOL Multiphysics. since its structure allows to have a total control over the equations involved. I guarantee excellent results and a high level of detail in the technical documents. I suggest you check my profile on Freelancer about the FEA projects. I am currently simulating several three-phase linear motors and analyzing a project of a hydrogen battery for electric vehicles, but I have done other projects that include fluid physics, phase change, heat transfer and radiation. Experienced user of ansys fluent. Have simulated various cases related to fluid flow and Thermal analysis. Regarding the project, Since co2 plots are also required so a euler volume of fluid method would be used. The time required for the simulation totally depends upon the geometry and level of accuracy (convergence criteria) specified by the user, A grid independence check would also be performed. sir I have done this type of projects like QDR LRU, RP LRU for defense DLRL,in DRDO. in that I calculated the result like temperature plot of 16 layer PCB, juction temperature, temperature of the air inside enclosure, surface plot of major heat dissipating device etc but I have done this in mentor graphic solver
