This is my responsibilities:
- Provide technical IT support to customers. Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex hardware/Software problems.
- Configure new computer hardware and software, Perform upgrades and configuration of desktop and related peripherals.
- Provide quick restoration of service in the event of incidents through high quality systems support and technical assistance in person, via telephone or through remote control of the client’s systems.
- Supports computer users with installation of basic hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of technical support services, including troubleshooting, installation, removals, moves, customer assistance, and/or training, in response to customer requirements
- Follow IT protocol and management processes to maintain desktop systems under the direction of System Administrator staff
- Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrade
- Updates Call Management System, clearly specifies progress and resolution details.
