Reading Instructional Manual for adult students

Reading Instructional Manual level 1 I need help to write a reading manual for adult students (Level 1 - 3rd and 4rd grade materials). 1- We will use ONLY public domain content (technical, scientific, social studies, and literary texts. The) and images. 2- I will provide the standards that the reading text and exercises should cover. 3- I will share links to public domain websites. 4- I will provide examples to follow. 5- We will work on one chapter at a time and I will provide feedback for improvement. Key Guidelines: Each chapter should have: Concise and simple instructions with examples Reading texts and exercises that align with the key standards Appropriate images and illustrations Answer keys for most reading exercises Focus: The manual should have 3 focus: Complexity (increasing complexity of a variety of text) Evidence Knowledge (science, social studies, and technical texts, literary texts) Assessment: The manual should include a 2 part-reading practice test (47 questions, 8 passages, 4 evidence-based two-part questions, 15 two-parts questions, other questions based on the standards) that assesses students’ learning or reading comprehension skills (plus answer keys). Reading part 1 ( 24 questions, 4 passages) Reading part 1 ( 23 questions, 4 passages)) Testing time: Reading test----2.5 minutes per questions
