Need a UI developer / web designer for our e-commerce web-development startup -- 2

Hi, we would like to hire a UI developer / web designer to join our e-commerce web development startup. Ideally this position is for a pure UI web designer who can create modern, intuitive and responsive web-designs. At first we begin with part-time or per-project basis, which will be converted into full-time positions. ********************************************************************************** Please note this position is for a solo freelancer not for companies / start-ups. ********************************************************************************** To be honest we're desperate in need of a UI developer who works with us part-time (at least 4 hours / day except weekends - should be 20 hours / week), as we have lots of UI development tasks time and again. It's a remote position and any individual freelancers bids are welcome. If you can work for full-time 8 hours / day (40 hours / week), then your payment will increase accordingly. Thats all folks, looking forward for your bids ! ***************************************************************************** ********* Your role ********* What are your primary job responsibilities ? -- create beautiful, intuitive and modern wireframes, mockups and visual designs based on the requirements provided. -- convert wireframes and mockups into responsive (cross browser and cross device compatible) and search engine friendly web pages. -- revamp the existing website UI designs to give better user experience, brand impression and other aesthetic changes. -- keep the user experience of the website simple, clean, modern and elegant. ************************** Required Technical skills ************************** What are the technical skills required to qualify for this job position ? -- Hands on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. -- Good experience with Sketch or Adobe XD or Invision -- worked extensively with HTML5, css, javascript (ES6), jQuery. -- should have used fine suite of typography, color schemes etc -- should be able to use git for version control -- good if you use slack for better communication and collaboration -- also good if you use project management tools like Asana / Trello ******************************** Required Interpersonal skills ******************************** What are the interpersonal skills required to qualify for this job position ? -- communicate clearly and effectively in English. -- must be online on Skype during working hours and team-meeting -- must be a reliable person to complete the requirements on time -- must be pro-active in case of any task ************************** Preferred Technical skills ************************** Would be great if you posses these skills, surely the chances of selecting you are much higher -- used LESS or SASS css pre-processors in your projects before. -- worked with any one of these JS frameworks/ library ReactJs / VueJs. -- worked with any one of these JS bundling tools like Webpack or Grunt -- worked with any of these CMS Wordpress, Drupal or Magento Thank you ! -- Jerome, Transformmerce
