I am a real estate investor looking to put together a spreadsheet that includes a hub of multifamily home addresses, assessed home prices, names of the home owners, past home sales, etc. all located within my county. This spreadsheet will allow me to browse every duplex, triplex, and quadplex located in my town through an organized map or spreadsheet and will give me access to potential leads that I can send a mailer to requesting to buy their property as an investment opportunity. I am located in Buffalo County, where Kearney, Nebraska is my home. Below is an image of one neighborhood I located on my assessors website. Ideally, I would like to map out my town and label each parcel with its specific parcel number, address, home owner's name, past and present assessed values of the home, the total square footage of the home, the year it was built, and a current picture of the home.
