Virtual assistant needed to copy, paste and send emails. All information will be provided. Specific Gmail account information will also be provided (you do not use your own email). Copy information into email template as needed. responsibilities will include: Locate recipient email address on spreadsheet Paste into the “To” address Paste subject greeting into the “subject” address Locate recipient’s last name on spreadsheet Add Ms./Mr. in front of last name as appropriate Paste in email greeting. Locate website name on spreadsheet Paste website name in the appropriate space. Send email Repeat process until completed I am NOT looking for a bulk emailer. Each email must be individually personalized to the party receiving it. Project will consist of 100 emails We expect that this project should take no more than 5 hours total. $10.00 total fixed rate for the project - $2.00 per hour for a total of 5 hours. NOTE: this rate is fixed. If you do not feel this rate suits your needs, please DO NOT apply. Project hours are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Standard time ONLY. If you can not work during this time span, please do not apply. Please include, “I understand these instructions” in your cover letter. If the project is completed on time, we will need ongoing assistance, including the same process of using the email template to send emails and sending follow-up emails to all recipients. We need about 1,000 emails sent in this first batch. More batches will need to be sent after that.
