Excel Course/Training Scheduler & Calendar

Hello, I am wanting to make a training calendar that auto-populates training dates for new store openings. Here is how it would work: Sheet One (1 hr – 2hr) due to some coding already in place We will input the following information (most is there) Employee positions Trainer positions Title Position Training Courses – Type Of Training Course – Duration – Course Capacity – Which Title Positions Require Course – Course Sequence number Course Mapping – Each Team member’s courses and if they are all complete Second Sheet (1 hr) Assign Courses By Dates/Times. Shows number of attendees and required sessions needed Third Sheet (1hr-2hr) due to some coding already in place Calendar View – allows you to see what course are being taught that day or any other, what time, attendance # and who’s joining Also should be able to switch to employee view that shows employees training schedule, progress and what is next On Calendar View you should be able to select the course and highlight/check once employees are complete (one or all) You should also be able to reschedule employees if needed Miscellaneous Request Change color scheme to brand colors (1 hr) Clear Marco to erase employee information I have attached a template I found that already has a lot of the information/coding on it.
