Hello, to approach this problem I would create 4 additional sheets(or the number of maximum Project Managers) to serve as templates, and create a button, when you clicked on said button everything that concerns each Project Manager would be transfered into the area where it should be in the new sheets and then each sheet would be converted into a PDF. It could be done directly without a template but the visuals might not be as good as if we were using a template. I have a lot of experience with Excel VBA and macro creation.
