I have some work, in an Excel spreadsheet. I would like an excel performance dashboard template created to track project and operational activities. The work activities should not decline. Within 30days the performance should be back to normal. 90 days post full deployment performance should show an increase in productivity. I would like a template to track the following measures Quality, total transaction per hour TPH, and turnaround times by work type and work area. Must include a graph illustration. I would like to see the spreadsheet formulated in an easy to read and manage way.

Hi I'm glad to bid on this project. I've experience as PM so I can work with you to get this work done. In my understanding: 1) There will be a tracker with transactions 2) There should be some metrics where you'll provide calculation formulas 3) There are metrics related to performance where transactions tracked must be grouped on 30 and 60 days basis 4) Based on point 3, a dashboard chart must be built to display metrics.
