I have some work, in an Excel spreadsheet. I just need categories where I label with what I want. I need to be able to list employees. I need column for when date was completed. I need coulum for when date is due. Then on the side I would like a constant countdown on days from today’s date. I would like the days turn yellow 30 days out. Turn red two weeks out. If I had the capability to send emails to employees that would be a definite bonus. Be even better if it could send a text.

Simple spreadsheet that can keep track of your employees and the dates for your specific items. The ability to send an email based on a set criteria can also be created. This is something similar I have setup for a local company to track sales progress for their employees and the cells changed colour when certain criteria was no met.
