I am an experienced construction contractor in the restoration industry. I have been using Xactimate to bill insurance carriers for years and am knowledgeable in sketching, adding custom line items, attaching photos to individual line items as well as bulk, restructuring estimate to show room sketch with each section of services quoted, macros, adjusting pricing by %, and I have a good working knowledge of each category. I understand I am priced higher but if you would like the estimate to look professional and detailed, I am very interested in discussing this opportunity with you further.

Been writing xactimates since 1998. All I have done for the past 10 years is take photos, adjusters estimates, and sketches and write estimates for contractors, IAs, PAs and lawyers.
