55882 Graphical/Flash Template

Hello: I am looking for a high-quality graphical template, including some sort of Flash if necessary. I have a good idea of the level of quality I need, and will give two examples below. I am a programmer myself, a Scriptlance user even, and am the project manager of a complicated project and I am looking for the person/company who can create the graphic layout template. I will be looking for a mock-up (ie: PSD file or equivalent, I don't care how it is created, whatever you prefer) but not the final product, within 2 days of bid acceptance. This mock-up should be able to represent the quality of graphics that will be in the end result. What I'm getting at is: I'm not going to be expecting the full project, Flash and more complex aspects, right away, just a mock-up that will begin to show the quality, hopefully this will release some pressure! I will in the end, 5-7 days after the mock-up is produced, need the full high-quality template design that I can then adapt, edit if necessary (meaning I'll need all source files), and that's it, the GRAPHIC TEMPLATE is the ONLY thing this project is for, no content, scripting, etc. Your time to deliver the complete project should be 10 days or less based on what I've stated above. Here is the level of graphics and the basic idea I am looking for: I am looking for the color scheme and layout of something like: [login to view URL] ...and elements of the top circular portion of: [login to view URL] ..because the logo I'm using is circular and the fact that there are traces of a "Manhattan" business district type scene. Your layout will need to be of this quality! Please DO PMB me with plenty of example sites or URLs to your personal/business site with examples of graphics/Flash you have and can do. Please do not send me examples where you did the copy for example, and someone else did the graphics, but you want to try and pull one over on me, because in the end, it will not work for both of us. Here are my details regarding PAYMENT, because that's the most important part for us developers, right! I will not pay until I'm completely satisfied, but I will pay immediately when I am. I never expect my webmasters to pay before I fulfill the project, so I'm doing the same here. Also, I purposefully did not give a budget range, I would like people to bid according to the amount they are going to need to complete this project to the best of your ability. If you can do what I need, I will pay you your bid, by whatever method (ie: Paypal, E-Gold, Western Union, whatever) you need me too, it will be your money, so it should be convenient for YOU :-) If there are any questions, please PMB me, I will be online for most of the next 24 hours, so you can expect a quick response.
