Short Fiction

I have an idea for a short fiction project (4,000 - 8,000 words) but need a professional writer to help flesh out the ideas. I am seeking skilled writers who challenge themselves to write in active voice, vivid imagery, use irony, and follow a traditional plot arc. The story is about a serial killer who continues his sprees while in prison. The candidate should have a working knowledge of the United States penal system and prison hierarchy. In addition, the potential writer should not be squeamish about volatile subjects which could include, profanity, prison rape, strong acts of violence that beautifully and aggressively detail death, and should be fearless enough to not care about the current trends in political correctness. My story idea is gritty and stems loosely from my short tenure in state prison. Native English speakers from the United States of America only; you will not be considered if from another country of origin. Lastly, If you live in the Midwest (the Dakotas, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin) and have a deep understanding of Midwestern societal constructs and colloquialism, you will be at the top of my list.
