Hi there.
I will assist you with this. A grant is very similar to a business case.
Key to a good grant application are the following:
1. Economic impact on the community it will serve.
2. Social impact on the community.
3. Cost / Benefit ratio analysis.
4. Comparison to other schemes and why / how your scheme will be better.
5. Why your scheme will work. IE: What are the critical success factors and how are they favourably stacked up in your favour in terms of your organisation, skills, and people.
6. Size of grant. Getting this right is critical. Ask for too much or too little can both negatively impact your bid.
7. Timing. You need to outline the importance of timing and duration.
I will assist you and improve your chances of succeeding in your bid. I have over 25 years' experience in writing business case motivations.
I need answers to the following questions:
1. What is the size of your grant you are bidding for?
2. When do you wish to commence operations?
3. What are the resources you have at your disposal? (IE: Facilities, equipment, people, capital, time)
4. Who is the grant-awarding institution to which you are applying?
Terms will be discussed once we engage on this.
Thank you.
