We have a simple 3 page design that's currently a Photoshop PSD file. We are looking for someone to turn this design into a set of 3 working HTML pages. The Photoshop files contain all the necessary imagery, so the image should be cut up, images should be optimized and then the code should be created.
We are very big on neatly structured HTML. Computer-aided coding is not a problem necessarily, but people who use Fireworks or ImageReady to slice images and create HTML and then call it a day need not apply.
We are looking for very clean HTML that is properly indented, with all uppercase tags / tag parameters (with lowercase values), proper use of CSS over HTML markup, etc. We do still prefer table-based layout over CSS layers because the table layouts still cause less problems with cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. All other CSS should be handled by a centralized external stylesheet as much as possible.
This is the first project in what will become a very long string of projects, and we are hoping to find someone who can deliver a good product so we can continue to send them more projects down the road
