Provide new design and editable template document 42 pages, including duplicate all headings and copy content from example supplied using Word, PowerPoint or Adobe InDesign

**Project** Duplicate a 42 page document in editable form to provide ability to change all information, graphics and tables to suit our new project. We require Graphic Designer/expert Word or PowerPoint producer to provide an editable template document similar in style to example which we like which will be provided. All information, headings, charts and tables will be duplicated as per sample so we can then change with our own information where required. **Design Parameters** First we will ask for an idea of one or two alternate designs to choose from and after making choice you will proceed to complete the entire template document. Colours are to be blue and green for new template but have ability to change when required. I can provide a logo, and images which you can use as place holders etc where required as our product is housing not IT. **Copy & image details** All headings and copy to be included All charts to be included including detail Product pages to include copy and area for image as per sample Company name is to be substituted with Custom Home Developments Limited
