With this food portal will be able to connect hundreds of restaurants on one site. Also, another similar portal having other shops than restaurants. Using latest technology similar to Just Connect technology this is using SMS/GPRS Printers for two way communications from web portal to each individual restaurants, as The SMS printers can receive and send information simultaneously, so when the takeaway users place the order, the confirmation will be sent to restaurant to prepare the order as well as site admin to be aware about placed orders. Technology for tracking orders through web portal for customers (Real Time Vehicle tracking system using inexpensive GPS Devices). This concept should show a hungry customer to track his food order using his order ID from the web Portal, which should be able to give a map showing position of their delivery guy with their contact number. Technology for order assigning system and reporting system. This system will receive the order in the website and bring it to the admin and delivery guys as a ticket with defined number and date of creation and all other needed information. After order is placed admin can assign the order to one delivery guy. Number of delivery guys may increase any time, so admin can add users for each delivery guy to assign jobs or orders to him. System allowed to send email and SMS to the customer to update him about his order status as a( remedy system). After the order is done delivery guy allowed to close the ticket and the system will send email and SMS to customer for evaluation purposes. Reporting system is integrated within the order assign system which allows manager or supervisor to generate reports daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. This system mostly looks like the remedy system but less features than the remedy. This system must be web based application for easy access. Technology for a unique commission management system, which should allow more control over different types of order such as Collection Order or Delivery Order, A Delivery cost defining system allows to set various delivery cost based on customers location depending on area, how much is their order total.
