This is vital to the success of the business as the scheduling (calendar tool) forms the tool for satisfying customer experience business success. a. The scheduling ( calendar platform) must show the user availability on the calendar. Allow for cancellations and rescheduling with an agreeable tolerance. b. The ability to select days and hours where bookings are accepted – enable the Gradedge team to manage the days and times that are available. c. The accepted booking from product purchase are to be demonstrated on the website including the availability remaining for a week. d. Enable for multiple resourcing on a given (allocated block) – so as to enable scaling and free up blocks if enabled. e.
