I am finding a good freelancer with a rich experience in PhotoEditing app . When rotating , zooming , moving , I can not get x, y coordinates correctly . Zoom, translation and scaling can be done with matrix arithmetic. Using matrix arithmetic picture coordinates can be converted to screen coordinates and vice versa. I can give a demo app and code.
