Magento Store to be developed.

I need a new website. I need you to design and build my online store. Need a magento store from where I can manage other 2 Ecommerce magento products. More Specifically: Need a new web based system that will replace current PC based POS. 1. Online dashboard to manage inventory across all web sites (2 to start: wholesale and retail) and all other market places like Etsy, eBay and amazon. Move inventory from one to another. 2. Need to be able to control all the selling points from one dashboard.... 3. Admin can create vendor PO and receive inventory against it 4. Admin can distribute specific quantity per store and move inventory between them in any given time 5. Live inventory level reflected on all based on admin changes in main dashboard 6. the inventory should be connected with different price levels, unlimited photos per item, and vendors. 7. Need to be able to create orders and invoices comfortably. 8. Decimals are very important 9. inventory item page should have all the possible info that i need in order to submit it directly to marketplaces. 10. import all data from POS and live current wholesale site 11. All accounting functions and reports 12.
