Web development

I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. I am part of a sport that's only really way to find out when our events are on is to currently go directly to the league website or facebook page and look at upcoming events or go to a private group (user approved access) and scroll through submitted events which are not in any chronological order. This is incredibly frustrating. My idea was to create a seperate facebook ID, "like" every league and save their events. From there I could pull the data into Google calendar and excel spreadsheet (already done) then populate a events website so it could be filtered by varibles, (location, gender, to watch or play, bootcamp etc - some of this I'd need to add manually) shown in chronological order and maybe even displayed on Google maps. Ideally also to add other bits in the future such as more variables or descriptors under events or other tag-ons aside from the events. I would still like an option to "approve members" via login or via Facebook or an option to delete members/block access.  Again ideally I would like a restricted area for paid members to get further information about the event or the future add ons I am planning . I just need it to be clean, simple and easy to manage as events get added every day(approx 5 per week). My idea before was to update via the data spreadsheet that I would pull from fb every week but this seems clumsy. Also it would be awesome if users could submit events (for approval) as this would save me some time. Basically most people are usually lazy at populating these things so I need both options especially at the beginning.
