Website for a construction company

A company for construction works and also for architecture and design is looking for a professional to build its website. We want the website to be built in the way that we can edit it later - remove and put information on it, so maybe it has to be built on one of the popular ready platforms. The design and the colors of the website must be simular to the company logo (even if not the same colors, the colors must be convinient to our logo). The site is in 2 languages ​​(the information and structure of the website is the same for both languages). The structure of the website is (view the scheme image): - with the entry every user has 2 options on the whole screen and he/she can choose one of them - [login to view URL] and design, construction management; and II. Construction (execution of construction works). - When the user enters in one of the two categories, both contain 4 menus: 1. Services (contain our text + the photo you selected or a background image appropriate for a construction company) - this menu "Services" is the only one menu which is different for the category [login to view URL] and... and for the category II. Construction... and it contains information, according to whether users are looking for a design or want to build a building; 2. Projects (gallery with our 21 projects - photos) - this menu is the same for categories I. and II., referring to the same link containing the project photo gallery; 3. Team (text + photo you selected or background image appropriate for a construction company) - this menu is the same for categories I. and II., refers to the same link containing information about our team; 4. Contacts - Address and Contacts - This menu is the same for categories I. and II., referring to the same link that contains the contacts. The site must be uploaded to our domain and hosting.
