hi I am a property letting agent We are looking for a telesales person to bring us business we will pay you 10% of the business you bring in it is and easy sell and you will get 20 to 100 dollars per new business we get and let. I am looking for a person to analise the daft website you will identify the new listings These new listings can be either a estate agency or private listings You are to ignore the estate agency listings. You are then to contact the private listings to see if they would like the help of a estate agency to let their property The daft website hides the advertisers email details (and screens junk mail) if there was a way to get them from the site I would be open to it. failing that you are to pretend to be interested in see the property reply to the ad and wait for the advertiser to reply to you giving us the email address. Once we have the email address we can email with out restriction and send them details of my company Then the following day I want you to phone that person and see if they would be interested in our services. We are not a hard sell country but regular repeat contact will bring in the business. Ideally we would have some software which reads the site compares it for new listings and gives us a list to save time. There are about 6000 listings in Dublin and most of these are estate agents Person must have super spoken english. and a good phone manner and a soft sales approach and work with gmt zone We will pay you 10% of all business you bring us in. A normal letting will bring you in between 20 and 100 dollar just to bring the business to us.
