We are currently seeking an experienced and detailed individual to be an Educate Simplify’s Financial Person to join our Team. This is remote work from home. Who We Are: Educate Simplify Inc. is a small business located in Los Angeles, CA dedicated to the continuing education of healthcare professionals, specifically nurses. Please take the time to learn more about us, please visit us at [login to view URL] About the Role: Be our go-to person for financial reports. And be the alert system if expenses are too much. We will await your Sales Reports & Class Audit from accurate QBO data weekly. What you’ll do: Reconciliation & Notice Filing Reconcile ALL of QBO banking accounts Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other financial reports Take care of notices from EDD, City of LA, other private or government agencies Reporting & Alerts Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies tuition payments e-card purchases Credit Card charges ALERT educational director when expenses increases over set limit Research & Follow-up (outreach) Help research & outreach prospective investors for Educate Simplify platform Help call as Educate Simplify rep for disputes with banks, credit card & companies Time of Commitment: 15 to 20 hours per week $300 / month + $200 for Annual Tax Returns + $30 for 1099 filing Our Perfect Candidate Education and Experience: * QuickBooks Pro Advisor certification preferred * or other verifiable Quickbook Certification * At least (2) years of relevant work experience * Proficient in double entry accrual accounting methodologies. * Experience as bookkeeper or similar role in healthcare education industry * other accounting experience Required Abilities and Skills: * Strong Computer Software Skills * Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines * Friendly, detail oriented, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented * Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision * Recognize problems, identify possible causes, and resolve routine problems * Team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment
