Customized import/export add-in/service 1. License control 2. Looping to get the file (csv file format with '|' )instead of manual execute (auto schedule to pick up the file, i.e 5mins) 3. program read the csv file from the respective folder, and then perform the necessary checking and import into AutoCount. 4. If the information required during import is not available from the exported system, the value must be set to a certain default value unless specified. 5. perform checking and data validation, if there is any data that failed to import, program will send back a rejection file with the reject reason indicated in the last column of each row. 6. Rejected function on ( Product, Purchase Order and Invoice); able to export rejected file into specific folder(able to change anytime) 7. program able insert into correct table and perform all the update connection tables( GL, GST, and etc) 7. Update function on (Product, Purchase Order and Invoice) 8. Log file
