US ONLY - Full stack sr. developer skills in: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE BELOW: Summary: US Based Only. Intensive background check required. Seeking a 40 to 50 hours per week full Stack senior level web developer and system admin who likes challenges and learns quickly. The ideal candidate must be very reliable and communicate well. The candidate may not have other full time employment due to availability needs. Starting pay range for the first two (learning) months is $45/hr. After two months, pay can raise to $50 to $65/hr., depending on skill level and performance in the first two months. This position can turn into full time employment status, if it's a good fit. Our team at the moment includes a DBA, 2, Sr. Level Developers and 1, Jr. Level Developer. Hours: 45 hours per week. 50 hours per week may be required when workload/goals are high. Availability: Must be available through Skype, email and phone, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. Must be available for after hours emergencies if any come up. May not have full time employment elsewhere due to availability needs. Expert level skills/experience required in all of the following: C#, Business layer, MS SQL Enterprise, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Javascript, Kendo UI, HTML, CSS, PDFSharp, psake/msbuild, FluentMigrator, Windows Service, FluentScheduler, AWS hosting, Atlassian. Applicants with IT security credentials (certifications) are preferred. You must be a very thorough tester! Testing and QA of your own work is required. We are a high quality team where we pride ourselves on zero to very low impact "bugs" in our releases. You must share and embrace this level of pride with your work. You must be willing to submit to a very intensive and thorough background investigation, including being fingerprinted to complete the required background checks. Final candidate must be willing to sign an in depth confidentiality/NDA as well as a regular developer/relationship agreement. If you are not a US Citizen, or do not live in the US, I cannot hire you due to background requirements. I also cannot hire you if you cannot pass a thorough background investigation. If you have ever been convicted of misdemeanor (some exceptions, such as DUI or driving related misdemeanors - depending on time since occurrence) or any felony, I cannot hire you. You must be an honest and transparent person where integrity is a personal trait you highly regard.
