Telemarketer/Appointment Setter for Janitorial Co.

We are a Commercial Cleaning Company based out of Central Florida (Orlando/Kissimmee/Lake Mary). We are seeking an experienced telemarketer/appointment setter to generate "qualified appointments" for our Estimators to bid on janitorial service for businesses located in our region (Central Florida, USA). Telemarketer must possess outbound janitorial telemarketing experience with a good track record. All you have to do is get our foot in the door to bid, and we will do the rest! "Qualified Lead" Criteria: 1. An appointment with a business in which the manager or decision maker agrees to allow our company to come in and give an estimate. 2. Appointment is with a business that is actively seeking janitorial service. 3. Appointment is with a business that is unhappy with their current service and is looking to switch. 4. Appointment is with a business whose current janitorial companies contract is coming to an end and are accepting bids. 5. Appointment is with a business who needs continuous service. ( No one time jobs or specialty work) Agreements: 1. Our company will supply service area for businesses to be targeted. 2. Telemarketer/appointment setter shall develop their own call script that they are most comfortable with. (We can assist with this if needed) 3. Telemarketer/appointment setter will generate their own leads to call. 4. Telemarketer/appointment setter must use our calendar software (access via web) that will show available times to schedule appointments. 5. Prospect must not cancel appointment 6. Qualified appointments shall be delivered to us via email and must contain the following information: - Name & address of the business - Type of business - Name of Contact person - Phone # of business & contact person - Date and time of appointment - Approximate sq ft - Reason for appointment (example: Unhappy with current service, etc) - Frequency of service (How many services per week they require) Payment details: 1. We will pay for each qualified lead that meets all of the previously mentioned qualifications/criteria/agreements. 2. A w9 must be completed (for business or individual) 2. No up front fees will be paid. Payment is solely based on qualified appointments generated. 3. Payment will be made via check or paypal once every Friday for the previous 7 days for qualified appointments. Looking to pay $20 OR LESS per qualified lead. Place your "per lead bid amount" (meaning how much you want to be paid "per qualified appointment"). Bonus: If a bid is accepted from your lead, and we service the customer for 30 days, we will pay a one time bonus check in the amount of $50 to $200 (depending on size of account. Amount is completely to our discretion). Bonus payments are made once every 30 days. Please provide a bid for your services in a per appointment format. ( Example: $10 per appointment, $15 per appointment etc) Telemarketer/appointment setter MUST speak & write English well.
