Need Experienced FREENAS User

Hi, I’m in need of some remote tech support. I built a Freenas server about a month ago. I’m a little bit of a techy person, but the Freenas is all new to me, It’s going to take sometime to learn this system. I’m coming from using a Qnap so there’s a big difference in the learning curve. The major problem I’m having, is the plex jail for sure and the main GUI drops its internet connection. It looks like the system is still getting internet. I can login to my friend’s Plex if mine drops. I can’t access Freenas from the GUI. I have to use the power button to reboot it. Sometimes I can go a day and a half without this happening, sometimes it happens sooner. I have replaced the network card with another Freenas compatible one. (Running The Latest Version 11) I’m assuming that it is a plugin causing it, but I’m no expert by any means. I was originally running Plex from the Freenas plugin area. I stopped that one, made a standard jail and installed the latest version. When this does quit my Freenas Screensaver freezes. In general I need help with this, maybe look over my setup, and I might need help with some additional plugins that require manual installs. Is this something you would be interested in?
