human face recognition engine ( off line )

hi , I will like to invite people who have already developed at least 1 face recognition engine . 1. The engine should be able to capture image from multiple IP cameras and recognize people . 2. It should be able to recognize one person as well as multiple people if they come in one go 3. The system should also allow API service which can be used to feed image path and the engine should return the ID/ name of the person. 4. The system should be able to differentiate between image and an actual person . 5. use of specs/ beards / fatigue should not lead to non recognition of the person. 6. use of IR camera is not allowed due to legal restrictions. The application should have one module for face training and the other module for showing the names as it sees people . As soon as a trained person is seen on the camera , the system should call one of our Api and pass the following parameters 1. ID 2. time 3. confidence ( above 90% only) . The application will be running in intranet and will not have internet access. Deliverable 1. completely defect free executable . 2. source code 3. documentation on source code . Thanks Amit
