Deliverables must be (Online shopping Web application, Android/iOS mobile app, admin portal, training, source code and deployment on AWS) . Solution can be fully hosted with monthly subscription fees like Shopify or to be famous open source platform to be hosted on my AWS account Web App & Mobile App Specs: ========================= . Allow customers to register with mobile/OTP then enter full name, photo and full address - country & city must be drop down list . Allow customers to login, change password, forget password / OTP, edit profile, search products with all criteria, sort by price or reviews/stars . Allow customers to sell products by adding new or used products with category, sub-category, 1-5 photos, name, code, description, price and quantity . Allow customers to see their products, edit them, hide one/all or delete one/all . Allow customers to buy one or more products and checkout then track orders till delivery from placement till delivery . Allow customers to add products to cart, checkout then pay with Visa/MasterCard cards (may be through MIGS) or cash on delivery (COD) . Allow customers to see their orders with all details and review them from 1-5 stars after delivery . Notify customers through Mobile app and emails upon order status change . Allow customers to cancel order at anytime before delivery or to return orders within specific number of days - both actions must be sent by email to admins Admin Portal Specs: ================= . Allow admin to create staff users & assign privileges like (create staff users, amend categories, approve products, and all below features) . Allow staff to add/change categories and sub-categories to be used by customers while adding or searching products . Allow staff to review, approve or reject products before publishing (after adding first time and after edit anytime) . Allow staff to show or hide one of the payment options (credit card and cash on delivery) . Allow staff to limit buy/sell to specific country(s) and specific city(s), others worldwide can register but can't buy/sell . Allow staff to specify commission, delivery fees & cash on delivery fees based on source/destination (fixed amount or % of book price with min & max values) . Allow staff to add VAT% with specific % of (book price + commission + delivery fees + COD fees) . EGP only but staff may add more currencies later . English only but staff may add more languages later . Allow staff to see orders and change status from ordered to rejected or accepted then collected then shipped then delivered . Allow staff to add delivery staff name & mobile no for each order for easy tracking internally who is handling the order . Allow staff to add actual delivery cost to be used later for reports (profit = actual paid - product price - actual delivery cost) . Allow users to view below reports: . Outstanding orders . Search and export all orders by status, order date from/to, delivery date from/to, product name/id/owner, cost, country/city . Search individuals & companies by registration date from/to, name, number of products, number of orders . Other reports will be welcomed like daily/monthly statistics, total costs, total revenues, taxes, commissions, delivery fees, COD fees, total profit and all types of financial statements
