We have a great working IAP system and we have integrated several ad services and know a lot of the best practices for doing so. The time of the project will depend on how well you want it made and the full complexity. I set 30 days as a good time frame but it could be completed before that depending of your full project scope. I can help you with your game idea in Unity3d. I have 4 years of experience in C# programming working for Web Apps, Windows Desktop and the last year i've been programming for Unity alot. I have some questions about the project. Have you thought about where you will be hosting the server application that will handle purchases and be an analitical tool for you to use? Do you have any preferences what technology you want your server app to be written in? By the sample pic I presume you have an illustrator and I'll be getting animations and pictures from you? I can complete this project in about 20 days from now, I do quality work but I am not the cheapest.
