I need an iPhone/iPad app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I have visual and detail instructions on the overall layout and flow of pages. The app is simple in design (white background, modern font etc.). Simplicity is best. My starting budget is $150 but will gradually increase as app programmer shows consistent work.
