Development of a crime reporting application that allows users to post crimes on a map - to plot incidents on a map to share them with residents in a community. See screens for more information. GEO LOCATION - Users location should be detected on the map. PINS - All incidents and mapped onto Google maps and user can search and navigate to incidents and click on Pins to view full incident details. CHAT - When viewing an incident users should be able to comment on it easily in a whatsapp style chat. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS - When an incident is posted within a radius of other registered users - they will be notified by push notification. Take a look though the screens to explain the functions of the APP. Must run on Apple and Android devices. PLEASE NOTE - You need to show an example of a map based app that you have developed - Need to see a working example of your ability before we award this project. We would also like a Wordpress Plug-In to accompany this app development - so ideally one company that can be both.
