Hello. I have a google sheet tab called CONTACTS, which I use to store all sorts of details about literary agents and what they need from book submissions from authors (contacts, genres represented, file formats etc). In other tabs, it also stores data that will be input by authors (my clients) such as their book details, genres, file attachments and personal information. Currently, book related files are stored as links to google drive documents. The sheet performs a genre matching function to ensure that only the agents that match a book's genre populate a separate mail merge tab called GENRE FILTER. The goal is to match genres (book to agent) and create the mail merge sheet. Then, once the author competes all their data and presses SEND, each agent needs to receive an email specific to them along with specific attachments and email subject lines etc. Each agent will have slightly different requirements and the email needs to be specific to each agent. Please see full spec attached. I can take payment via Paypal or Wix. I'm not sure if I get a code from each payment method so that I can activate the client's product but ideally the client will pay and get a login and password etc. I need a simple web app to achieve the following: - Once payment has been taken and the user has their login and password, they must access the system and enter all their details and their book's details. - They will be shown a PREVIEW page to show them a sample of the emails that are being sent (probably FROM them TO them) - When they press SEND, each agent in GENRE FILTER will get an email specific only to them (no CC, BCC etc), and with the exact details and attachment formats they need. The user will never see the contact list. I need to host all agents contact data on my google drive and I don't want to pay hosting charges. I know this isn't something I can do for $100 on Fiverr etc but I also know it's not $1000s either. I already have a product that works. It just needs to be secure and easily accessible.
