I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I need a mobile site. I would like it designed and built. I am looking for wapsite wherein ill be promoting different offers under offers wall and allowing users to download those offers and in response to this they will get some money/ free talk time/ cash back on real time which comes under normal download/install thing. i'll also be giving users and option wherein they can shop online from my offers section and they will get some cash back after shopping through my link which will be transferred after 30-days.
