I have an iOS app that I need to continue developing to v2.0. I've had four releases already. I've had to change developers since my previous developer proved unreliable and is withholding code that I've paid for. The app is a health app that helps patients who've had weight loss surgery stay on track with their weight loss program. I have an existing code base which you'll need to carefully review and get familiar with before I award the project. I'll provide you a promo code for the app itself so you can download and explore it. I'll also provide a requirements document for the first sprint which will let you know what I want done initially. I plan to select three candidates and ask them to examine the code, app, and requirements document, and give me a quote. So far I've awarded this project twice, only to have the developer back out or submit a prohibitively expensive quote. I'll ask you to sign an NDA before I send the code. I am open to Chinese developers, but am reluctant for the sole fact that I have no legal leverage over the business relationship. My previous developer is in China, and I have no recourse to recover the code he's wrongly keeping.

From what I understand I will be creating the code from scratch, in the event you hire me I will provide you with regular TestFlight builds, which once you have tested and approved each version I will provide you with the current project - before you release the (escrowed) milestone payment so you aren't being held to ransom for code progress. You added Swift and Objective-C as desired skills, I have been coding with objc since the iPhone 3GS and would prefer to use objc, to which I provide a 24 month technical warranty. It would be great to hear more, so I can provide a detailed proposal, share ideas and agree on a fixed budget and duration.
